Thats not powerfull enough either cress is just so annoying
Cresselia is arguably the best wall in VGC. Virtually nothing is going to OHKO her 100% of the time, and very few things will 2KO her. She's fantastic taunt bait, so one of the best things you can do is render her as useless as possible and have a team built to withstand her.
my favorite ways to kill her are scizor and bisharp but even they need dam crits to 1 shot and i don't think there's much stronger than the effective 135 power (after technician and stab) scizors bug bite 270 power if you count the SE power XD
Scizor is what I ran in '13, but I've seen HP fire on quite a few Cresselias and I feel that Scizor has dropped a bit in functionality this year.
i don't think scizors dropped in functionality at all tbh but i didn't play VGC prior to 15. bullet punch is one of the few ways to ensure you kill sylveon since bisharp iron head can be ev'd to survive.
Edit: dam it sylveon could possibly ev to even live this.... 252+ Atk Life Orb Technician Scizor Bullet Punch vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Sylveon: 289-343 (73.3 - 87%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
