Nope, Char Y's regular ability is Drought but he'll just gain the Hidden Ability as well. It's like how Rotoms will now have access to Levitate or Motor Drive.

Also I love how the nerfed the strongest pokemon named Magikarp with giving him slow start. His attack stat was too high anyways

I haven't read the whole list yet, but I hope drizzle zapdos is a thing! it will immediately replace politoed on my team (Not that I dislike politoed).
